This isn’t cute, it’s fucking disgusting. They’re not sleeping on straw or anything soft for that matter and the mother’s movement is completely blocked. But of course everyone only sees the adorable little piglet… that is going to be raised on antibiotics without ever seeing daylight or breathing fresh air, biting off others’ ears and being extremely scared. Within months, it’s going to be transported over conveyer belts, trapped in a truck for ten hours without fresh water to smell and hear and sense death long before it is hit, to end up as cheap ham or bacon or roast so everyone can constantly eat meat. Perhaps it’ll be thrown away, though, because of the massive overproduction.
